Sponsor Call for Participation

IST (Instituto Superior Técnico), INESC-ID and the Conference Committees for iPRES-2013 and DC-2013 are pleased to offer a limited number of sponsors the opportunity to present themselves directly to the conference participants and to a global audience beyond the conference venue. The collocated conferences of DC-2013 and iPRES-2013 offer sponsors an extraordinary opportunity to reach the combined audience of 300+ participants.

Both the Dublin Core metadata Initiative and iPRES represent global communities of research and practice in the critical areas of metadata and preservation. Sponsoring a social event at the conference or the USB flash drives containing the proceedings of the two conferences guarantees highly targeted visibility for the sponsor to this diverse audience.

Categories of sponsorship include:

  • Reception: The opening conference reception(location to be announced) (1 sponsor - Ex-Libris)
  • Conference Dinner: The conference dinner (location to be announced) (1 sponsor)
  • Lunches: Conference lunches (5 sponsors)
  • Tea & Coffee Breaks: Sponsorship of an morning and afternoon tea and coffee break (10 sponsors)
  • USB Memory Sticks: Each participant at the conference will receive a USB memory stick containing the complete conference proceedings (1 sponsor - OCLC)
