Instructions to Authors:

  • Session "MINUTE MADNESS": (Time and Location: Auditorium at 16:30—Tuesday)
    • You will have exactly 60 seconds to entice people to stop by your poster during the Poster Session immediately following. You will not have time to fully introduce or describe your poster/demonstration, so emphasize the major points—emphasize the reason(s) conference participants should be interested in your work! We will have a very loud (but friendly) time-keeper (human or mechanical) to move the agenda on to the next poster introduction when your 60 seconds are finished.
    • Please prepare a 2-cell presentation for your use during the Minute Madness session and send it as a PDF file by email  to no later than 12:00 on Tuesday, 3 September.
    • We ask that you meet in the auditorium at 16:00 to line up for your presentation.
  • POSTER PREPARATION: Each poster or demostration presenter will be able to display a rectangular poster of the maximum dimension of ISO A0 format: 840mm wide by 1180mm tall (33in wide by 46in tall). Please prepare all materials in advance. We will not print posters or copy handouts. We will provide pins for mounting posters. If you need other materials to attach your poster such as double-sided adhesive tape, please bring these materials with you. Access to electrical outlets will not be available. Shared tables will be available.
